
Seeing Molly Tuttle & the Golden Highway perform at The Observatory was like witnessing a master class in musicianship and charm. From the moment the band stepped on stage, it was clear we were in for a special night. The Observatory, with its intimate setting and great acoustics, was the perfect venue to showcase Molly’s incredible talent, in addition to her fantastic bandmates. Each member of the Golden Highway was clearly a master of their craft and were immensely impressive both individually and as an ensemble. The crowd was instantly hooked, and you could feel the energy in the room build with every note.

“Side Saddle” was a standout, showcasing Molly’s unique blend of bluegrass and folk with a catchy, toe-tapping rhythm that had the crowd swaying. One of the most jaw-dropping moments came when she performed a solo rendition of “White Freight Liner Blues.” Her guitar riffs were nothing short of amazing, leaving everyone in awe of her virtuosity. Her banter between songs was down-to-earth and genuine, making the concert feel like a gathering of friends rather than a formal performance. She even shared some stories behind her songs, giving us a glimpse into her creative process. It certainly felt like a Molly Tuttle AND the Golden Highway show, as each individual member were frequently given solos to show off their skills.



If you ever get the chance to see Molly Tuttle & The Golden Highway live, especially in a venue as fantastic as The Observatory, don’t miss it. Her combination of virtuoso guitar playing, heartfelt songwriting, and engaging stage presence makes for an unforgettable concert experience.
